INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

  • Call (515) 981-5418 to access the main menu.

  • To access information you will need your account number and your four digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) you received when opening your account.  If you do not know your PIN, please contact City State Bank at (515) 981-4234 or your local office. 

  • The account information and funds transfer menu provides access to checking, savings, loan, and time deposit accounts, as well as the ability to transfer funds.

  • The checking and savings account menus provide information on your account balance, previous account activity, your last deposit date and amount, specific check information, and interest information.

  • The loan account menu gives access to your loan balance, payment and pay-off information, and interest information.

  • The certificate of deposit and individual retirement account menu gives information on your account balance, maturity date, and interest information.

  • The funds transfer menu will allow you to transfer between pre authorized checking, savings, and loan accounts. Please contact the bank regarding further information.

  • Action keys on your telephone key pad are as follows:

  • Eight (8) will return you to the previous menu.

  • Nine (9) will repeat the menu you are in.

  • Zero (0) will transfer you to an operator during regular banking hours.

  • If you wish to end a session, just hang-up at anytime.

ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND FUNDS TRANSFER MENU:

  • For information on checking and money market accounts, press 1. Get your current balance, last 6 withdrawals, deposit information, ATM and automatic transaction information, change your PIN, and interest information

  • For information on savings accounts, press 2. Get your current balance, last 6 withdrawals, deposit information, ATM and automatic transaction information, change your PIN, and interest information

  • For information on loan accounts, press 3. Get your current balance, your last payment date, your next payment date, your payment amount, interest information, and change your PIN

  • For information on certificates of deposit and individual retirement accounts, press 4. Get current balance information, last interest paid, next interest payment date, maturity date, accrued interest, interest information, and change your PIN

  • To transfer funds, press 5. Transfer funds from checking or savings accounts to another checking, savings, or loan account.

  • To return to the previous menu, press 8

  • To repeat this menu, press 9

  • To speak with a customer service representative, press zero (0)
